Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the bank.
2.The only request made by the revision petitioner is for disposal of the petition mentioned I.A. The petitioner has obtained preliminary decree in O.S.No.139 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai. It is an ex parte decree. The third party has filed a petition for setting the same. Since the applicant is the third party, he has to get leave. To obtain leave, the petition mentioned I.A. has been filed. It is pending for more than three years. The petitioner is justified in demanding that I.A. should be speedily disposed of.
3.The Court below is directed to dispose of I.A.No.118 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the next hearing date.
