Respondent 3 /3rd Defendant Prayer :- This Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Thoothukudi to dispose the suit filed by the petitioner in OS No.16 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Thoothukudi within a time frame .

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the letter received by the Additional District Munsif, Thoothukudi in D.No.156/2020 Dated 12.05.2020 seeking further 3 months time to dispose the suit, and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.R.Karunanidhi, Advocate for the Petitioner and none appearance for the respondents, this Court made the following order: This Court by order, dated 27.11.2019, directed the learned Principal District Munsif, Thoothukudi, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.16 of 2016 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.Now, the learned Judge has requested further time of three months to dispose of the above said case.

3.The request of the learned Judge is reasonable. Though the request is to grant further time of three months, in view of the outbreak of COVID-19, this Court grant eight months time from today to comply with the order of this Court, dated 27.11.2019.
