ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension, dated 18.11.2022 on the ground that he was arrested in DVAC case.

2. Though the prayer is for a positive Mandamus, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, on instructions, submits that it would be suffice to direct the respondent to enhance the subsistence allowance on the ground that he has already completed 6 months period of suspension.
3. Considering the fact that so far no disciplinary proceedings have been initiated as against the writ petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent herein to consider the case of the petitioner for enhanced subsistence allowance as per the applicable Rules.
4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
