This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to call for the records on the files of the third respondent pertaining to its proceeding bearing No.Nil dated 28.09.2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to convene a meeting at the property in survey No.150/1A and 1C admeasuring 1.83 hectors comprised in Sinthalakattai village on 14.10.2023 by considering the request of the petitioner dated 16.09.2023.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a fresh 2/4

representation has been made by the petitioner seeking permission by changing the location for conducting the meeting.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the said representation of the petitioner will be considered favourably by the respondents.

6. Recording the said submission, this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
