To call for the records relating to the order passed by the learned Additional District Court, Srivilliputhur in CA.No.145/2023 dated 04.09.2019 confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur in C.C.No.65 of 2005 dated 19.09.2013 and set aside the same and allow this revision petition.

of M/S.SIVAKUMAR.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.MP.(MD) No.12456 of 2023 in Crl.RC.(MD)No.961 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the conditions imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court in an alternative month i.e., on the first working day of alternative month commencing from November 2024 until further orders. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
