C.M.P(MD) No.14025 of 2023 in CMA(MD).347 of 2023 R.POORNIMA , J., This Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw 50 % of amount deposited by the 1st respondent in E.C.No.116 of 2016 on the file of the Commissioner of Labour (Under Employees Compensation Act, 1923)at Madurai pending disposal of the above CMA.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has serious objection to allow this petition to withdraw the amount and prayed to fix a date for final hearing.

3.At his request, post the matter on 10.10.2025 for 'final hearing'.

4.Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.C.Raja for R2 in CMA in the cause list.
