Heard both sides.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent informs the Court that the petitioner is having previous cases.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to move the jurisdictional Special Court for relief. While is open to the first respondent to initiate or proceed with confiscation proceedings, the vehicle need not be kept in the custody of the first respondent.
