When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced copy of the proceedings dated 19.10.2024 issued by the Tahsildar, Thiruverambur relegating the parties to work out their remedies in the pending civil suits (O.S.No.427 of 2024 and O.S.No.498 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli).

2.In the view of the nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition and it is closed. Consequently, the sub application is also closed.
