ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the following relief: "For the reasons mentioned above, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry and dispose the revision in Na.Ka.No. 2185931 dated 27-06-2024, filed by the petitioner within a stipulated period of time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice."

2. The revision in question relates to the joint patta granted by the Tahsildar in favour of the family of Savarimuthupillai ignoring the suit for declaration and injunction filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.44 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Dindigul. The revision has been filed on 24.06.2024, which is yet to be taken up for the first hearing. Therefore, aggrieved, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Considering the above facts, a mandamus is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
