The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the proceeding in O.P.No.3423 of 2023 on the file of the IV Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirapalli.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has filed the typed set of papers, and has submitted that the case in I.D.O.P.No.3423 of 2023 on the file of the IV Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai has already been disposed of on 21.11.2023. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also conceded to the same.
