Heard both sides.

2. It is not in dispute that the petition mentioned property originally stood in the name of P.S. Krishnasamy. He was blessed with two sons namely, Seenivasan and Selvaraj. They had joint patta. In the suit proceedings, the issue appears to have been compromised. That is why, the petitioner is seeking separate patta.

3. The second respondent will go through the materials placed by the petitioner herein and pass order on the petitioner's representation on merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the second respondent is of the view that there is any dispute, the second respondent can very well put the petitioner and his brother Selvaraj on notice and thereafter, take a call in the matter. In any event, the entire exercise will be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
