PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to forward the petitioner Service Register book of the petitioner to the fifth respondent and direct the respondents to grant the petitioner consequently all her service benefits promotions, increments, etc., that are due to her without any break.

The instant Writ Petition has been filed by a Temple employee seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to forward the petitioner's Service Register book to the fifth respondent and direct the respondents to grant all the benefits due to her.

2. According to the petitioner, she was initially working in the second respondent temple and later she was transferred to fourth respondent temple. Now, she is working in the fifth respondent temple. However, the second respondent temple has not yet forwarded the Service Register to the fifth respondent temple to confer the benefits claimed by the petitioner.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent submits that they would forward the Service Register of the petitioner to the fifth respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the Service Register book of the petitioner, the fifth respondent is directed to confer the eligible benefits upon the writ petitioner.
4. In view of the above said facts, this Court is inclined to pass the following orders:
(i) The third respondent herein is directed to forward the Service Register of the writ petitioner to the fourth respondent herein within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; 3/6
(ii) The fourth respondent is directed to make entries relating to the service of the writ petitioner and thereafter, forward the same within a further period of four weeks to the fifth respondent herein; and (iii) On receipt of Service Register from the fourth respondent temple, the fifth respondent is directed to confer the eligible benefits upon the writ petitioner.
5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
