ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 448,354 and 509 of IPC in Crime No.50 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein trespassed into the house of the victim and tried to misbehave with her. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. Therefore, he prayed for anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that petitioner herein trespassed into the house of the victim and tried to misbehave with her who is mentally retarded. Further the petitioner is having one previous case against him, hence she objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the considering the bad antecedant of the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner tried to misbehave with the mentally retarded victim, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
