Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records pertaining to the impugned order in Ka.EN.004459/Ni-A/NiBi1/002/ Ko.NetthiMandraValakku/2019 dated .07.2019 on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent as per the TNEB standing orders clerical cadre rules 20(2)(C) and 20(2)(d) and the constitution of India Article 311.N.21 to regularise the suspended period from 19.04.2011 to 08.10.2013 treated as duty within the time stipulated by this Honble Court For petitioner :

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this contempt petition alleging that the respondent has not complied with the order of this Court, dated 16.09.2019, passed in W.P.(MD).No.15848 of 2019. In the said order, this Court, after setting aside the impugned order, directed the Contemnor / respondent herein to regularize the suspension period as duty period within a stipulated time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the petitioner/party-in-person submitted that as against the order of this Court dated 16.09.2019, the respondent has filed an appeal in W.A.(MD).No.152 of 2020 and hence, this contempt petition may be permitted to be withdrawn. To that effect, he has already given a letter dated 12.03.2020 to the Registry.

3. Recording the above submission and the letter, dated 12.03.2020, this Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
