ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.I.MUTHIAH, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This matter is listed today under the caption for 'extension of time'.

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 09.02.2023, directed the learned District Munsif, Rajapalayam to dispose of the suit on or before 31.10.2023. The learned Principal District Munsif, Virudhuunagar District at Srivilliputhur, has submitted a requisition, dated 06.11.2023, stating that the case is pending for defendant side evidence and seeks three months time to dispose of the case.

3. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant three months time to dispose of the suit.
