ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to life and limb of the petitioner from the respondents 3 to 7.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the seventh respondent against the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent. Since the issue between the parties is civil in nature, the said complaint was closed and the parties are directed to resolve their issue through civil process.
