COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned notice issued by the 2nd respondent in Naa.Kaa.No.A4/0425/2019 dated 14.11.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to survey the land in Survey No. 470/1, 470/2 and 470/3 based on the patta issued by the 2nd respondent.

W.P(MD)No.25339 and 25341 of 2019 not adverse to the rights of the respondents 3 and 4 (private respondents) in both these writ petitions. Therefore, main writ petitions are disposed of with consent of both sides. 3.

notice dated 14.11.2019 bearing reference Naa.Kaa.No.A4/0425/2019 issued by the second respondent for surveying and localising 'property comprised in S.No.470 in Velliyanai Vadabagam Village, Karur Taluk, Karur District' (hereinafter referred to as 'said land' for brevity) has been called in question in these two writ petitions by two noticees ie., noticee Nos.3 and 4 (Mr.Subramani and Mr.Manivasagam)

4. To be noted, vide impugned notices, 15.11.2019 has been fixed as the date for inspection and that date has elapsed.

5. On instructions from the second respondent who is present in Court, learned State counsel submits that second respondent will now issue notice afresh to all the five noticees qua impugned notice fixing the date of survey is 18.12.2019, survey said land and send a reply to first respondent by 23.12.2019.

6.Time frame in order made by me on 19.11.2019 in W.P(MD) No.22775 of 2019 will stand varied as timeline in this order.

7. As this puts an end to all apprehensions raised in instant writ petitions, these writ petitions are disposed of as closed recording the aforesaid submission. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
