ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 18.10.2022 made in W.P(MD)No.12327 of 2014, wherein this Court has directed the first respondent to pass orders on the representation of the writ petitioner, dated 27.05.2014.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent / contemnor brings to the notice of the Court that an order has been passed by the first respondent on 22.09.2023 in compliance with the orders of this Court rejecting the request of the writ petitioner.
