Considering the nature of allegation that by making calls, the petitioner said to have threatened the defacto complainant and demanded sexual favours and further harassed her only because the defacto compliant's husband was staying away and working in some other place and considering the fact that the investigation is in nascent stage for the present I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
