This petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, Rajkumari, daughter of Valivitta Ayyanar, aged 18 years, for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce her daughter before this Court.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions would submit that Rajkumari, the daughter of the petitioner, aged 18 years, has voluntarily eloped with her lover and subsequent to the filing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, she has been secured on 06.12.2022 and produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kodaikanal. The girl has informed the Court that she has voluntarily gone with one Kanagaraj and she is interested
to go with him and live with him.
