ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to Cr.No.156 of 2024 dated 13.09.2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned PCR Court, Sivagangai and the case was taken on file in Spl.C.C.No.22 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the above Spl.C.C. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
