Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ prayer is in two parts. Since the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage, it is not possible for this Court to go into the second part of the writ prayer. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation and pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
