Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the first respondent to change the investigation agency to some other investigation agency in Crime No.338 of 2019 and file a final report within a time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to change the investigation agency to some other investigation agency in Crime No.338 of 2019 and file a final report within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the crime has been registered under Section 174 (3) Cr.P.C. and the same has been referred to the third respondent, which is pending on the file of the third respondent for enquiry and the enquiry is also going on.

3. Under these circumstances, the change of investigation cannot be granted and it would affect the entire investigation. However, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and send a report to the fourth respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
