ORDER
The petitioner is a retired Headmaster and he has filed the present writ petition seeking a Mandamus to disburse the medical expenses incurred by him towards treatment of Covid-19.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submits that the 4th respondent would forward the papers to the 6th respondent and the payment of claim amount should be made by the 6th respondent herein.

3. In view of the above said facts, the 4th respondent is directed to forward the papers to the 6th respondent and the 6th respondent is directed to expeditiously dispose off the said request for the medical claim within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
