O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.206 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent to any other investigating agency, such as CBCID, CBI etc.,

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that during the pendency of this petition, the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.44 of 2023. He further submitted that while filing the final report, the petitioner's name was deleted from the final report.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
