ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming upon for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 28.03.2025 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge Sivagangai,in D.No.1706/2025/HCA dated 05.03.2025 seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in O.S.No.91 of 2017 on the file of the Sub-ordinate Court, Devakottai,this Court made the following order:- This court, by order dated 20.10.2023, directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.91 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Thereafter, heeding to the request of the learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai, vide letter No. dated 24.02.2025, this court by order dated 28.03.2025 extended time till 30.06.2025.

3. Now, the learned Subordinate Judge, once again addressed a letter vide D.No. 1282/2025, dated 15.07.2025 whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, she requested further one month time to comply with the orders dated 20.10.2023 and 28.03.2025 made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, one month time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the orders dated 20.10.2023 and 28.03.2025.
