This petition is filed to condone the delay of 485 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard Mr.G.Thalaimutharasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ashok, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.
