PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to call for the records relating to the order and decree dated 19.09.2019 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.159 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District and set aside the same and to receive the stamp duty and penalty and marking the unstamped and unregistered document under Section 227 of the jurisdiction of CPC. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.159 of 2015 by the Principal District Munsif Court, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main suit in O.S.No.159 of 2015 was dismissed on 06.08.2024. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing remains to be considered in this petition.
