ORDER

The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".

2.By order, dated 08.07.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No. 34 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.277/2026, dated 09.02.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further time to comply with the order, dated 08.07.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 08.07.2025. 20.02.2026
