ORDER

This revision has been preferred seeking direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Palani to expedite the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.17 of 2020 and to complete the same within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that though the H.M.O.P. proceedings have been filed in the year 2017, it was not concluded till now. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that initially the petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.178 of 2017 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore. Thereafter as per the order of this Court in Tr.C.M.P.(MD).No.372 of 2019 dated 23.10.2019, filed by the wife/respondent, it was transferred to the Principal Subordinate Court, Palani, wherein it was renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.17 of 2020. Thereafter, after filing the counter by the respondent it is pending till now without any progress. Hence, seeking direction to expedite the trial process, this petition has been filed.

3.Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Palani, to expedite the trial process in H.M.O.P.No.17 of 2020 pending on his file and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands allowed. No costs.
