ORDER

The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider his representation, dated 26.10.2022.

2. Heard Ms.C.R.Ponnuthai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner purchased the property in S.No.137/3C1, measuring an extent of 1750 sq.ft. from one Malliga, W/o.Murugesan, through a registered sale deed, bearing Document No.5746/2019, dated 19.07.2019. Thereafter, the petitioner sent several representations to the respondents for transfer of Patta in his name and finally, he submitted a representation to the respondents on 26.10.2022. However, the same have not been considered so far by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation, dated 26.10.2022, 2/5

would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed by the third respondent, within a time frame.

Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.10.2022, after issuing notice to all the necessary parties concerned and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 16 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
