This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2024 seeking exchange of land from the Government.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration before the first respondent.

3. In view of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2024, in the light of G.O.(Ms) No.201, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, dated 10.05.2022, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
