ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the the third respondent to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's complaint dated 13.08.2024.

2. On the previous hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) denied the receipt of complaint and therefore this Court directed the petitioner to furnish the copy of the complaint along with supporting documents in person within a period of one week from the date of the order. The petitioner has also lodged a complaint to the South Gate Police Station, Madurai District on 09.11.2024, however the respondent denied the receipt of complaint.

3. Today, a copy of the complaint was served to the third respondent.

4. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and dispose of the complaint in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.
