ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent in O.S.No.609 of 2022 on the file of the III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent and three other persons have filed a suit in O.S.No.609 of 2022 and during pendency of the suit, at the instance of the third respondent, the respondent police have been harassing the petitioner directing him to permit the third respondent to enter into the property.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing 2/4

for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR No.1068 of 2024 came to be registered and enquiry is pending. He would further submit that since civil suit is pending between the parties, they have already decided to close the complaint.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
