ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and none appeared for the petitioner either in person or through by an advocate and of MR.B.SEKAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The above Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 154 days in filing the above petition.

C.M.P(MD)No.11567 of 2022 3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) to the credit of Madurai Bench High Court Advocates Association (MBHAA), A/c No.496038755, IFSC Code - IDB000H040, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, and file a memo evidencing compliance before the Registry.
4. On filing such memo, Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition if the papers are otherwise in order and post the case for admission.
