Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESH KANNAN C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19912 of 2022, dated 10.11.2022, by directing the petitioner to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, (*)Kamuthi instead of the respondent herein. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

CRL MP(MD) No.14414 of 2022 petitioner shall report before the the learned Judicial Magistrate, (*)Kamuthi, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 23/11/2022 (*)Amended as per order of this Court dated 23.12.2022 in CRL MP(MD)NO.16190 OF 2022 IN CRL OP(MD)No.19912 of 2022 by ADJCJ Further two week time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as last chance.
