Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose the petition preferred by the petitioner, dated 16.06.2021,

ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 16.06.2021, 21.03.2022, and 22.06.2022, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner herein is a resident association. According to the petitioner, a representation was submitted before the respondents, seeking cancellation of sub-division effected, pertaining to Survey No.25/2, Melappalayam Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District. The said representation has not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner is not available in the office of the respondents.
4. In these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On submission of fresh representation by the petitioner, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass final orders on its own merits within a further period of twelve weeks, after issuing notice to petitioner and other interested parties.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 15.07.2025 NCC :
