O R D E R

The petitioner, with a grievance that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.6024 of 2020 dated 01.02.2022 has not been complied with, has filed this Contempt Petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that as against the order passed by this Court in the said writ petition, a Writ Appeal was preferred and the same was dismissed and that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court and rejected the request of the petitioner vide proceedings dated 31.10.2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
