ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct speedy trial in C.C.No.546 of 2023 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District within the time stipulated as prescribed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.322 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police. After completing the investigation, final report has been filed before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.546 of 2023. The petitioner has completed Law Graduate and awaiting for enrollment.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is pending, since in this case, non-bailable warrant is pending against A2 and A4.

4.Considering the above, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District is directed to split up the case in C.C.No.546 of 2023, against whom warrant is pending and complete the trial proceedings, so far as the accused who are appearing, within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
