ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 10.09.2024 seeking registration of the property without insisting for the production of parent title deed to the subject property.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.Without expressing any opinion on merits of the Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 10.09.2024 in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court recently in WA.No.1160 of 2024, dated 27.09.2024, on presentation of the document for registration without insisting production of the parent deed in respect of the subject property forthwith.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
