ORDER
This writ petition came to be filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action for restoring the petitioner's children's school education at Government High School, Aththipallam, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukkottai District by considering petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

It is seen that the petitioner is the father of two minor children, namely Velumani and Aparna, who are pursuing 6th and 10th standards respectively at Government High School, Aththipallam, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukkottai District. Earlier, the petitioner had been a member of the ParentsTeachers Association of the aforesaid school.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submitted that the petitioner had indulged in making quarrel during Parents-Teachers Association meetings and he used to lodge complaints against the school authorities to the department raising allegations of harassment to the children by the teachers and to compel the children to drop out from the said school.
5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 7 and 8 have harassed the petitioner's children, who are pursuing 6th and 10th standards, as a result of which, they were not able to continue their studies in the said school.
6. As directed by this Court, the petitioner's children have already been permitted to join school from 25.11.2024 in the aforesaid school. The 3/6
petitioner is directed to cooperate with the school authorities, so that his children may study peacefully in the aforesaid school. The respondents 7 and 8 are required to facilitate the petitioner's children to study peacefully. The respondents shall make it sure that the petitioner's children continue their studies amicably, till their completion of the school studies, by making periodical inspection in the aforesaid school once in three months.
7. With the above direction this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 26.11.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No 4/6
