[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the illegal encroachment made by the respondents 4 to 6 in "Nagarathar Oottu Veedu" at S.No.520/23, ward No.5, Keelavalavu village, Melur Union, Madurai District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2022.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions,
submitted that encroachments have been identified and appropriate action will be initiated.
3. In view of the above submission, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to remove the encroachments by following the procedures as contemplated under the relevant statutes and rules. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of recipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
