2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,04.01.2022), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that since summon was issued in A5/M.C.344/2019 (107) on 28.09.2019, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
