CRL MP(MD) No.14373 of 2022 This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 05.05.2020 in Crl.MP(MD) No.3028 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD).No.163 of 2020. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in three months until further orders.
