ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(C) r/w 20(b)(ii)(A), 25 and 29(1)

of NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 77 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 in Crime No.684 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were found in illegal possession of 300 grams of Ganja. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.Considering the nature of allegations against this petitioner that A1 and A2 from whom 300 grams of Ganja was procured, have stated that they have procured Ganja only from this petitioner and considering the same also, the anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner having been dismissed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15283 of 2024, the repeated prayer of this petitioner to release him an anticipatory bail cannot be considered.
