ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed to call for the records in E.A.No.12 of 2024 in E.A.No.3 of 2023 in E.P.No.3 of 2022 in O.S.No. 143 of 2008 dated 16.08.2024 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Gandarvakottai, set aside the same.
2. The revision petitioner is the third party who filed E.A.No.12 of 2024, making obstruction regarding the delivery. An application to appoint an advocate commissioner was taken out by the revision petitioner before the execution Court which came to be dismissed. Against which this revision petition has been preferred.
3. After hearing the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Court is not satisfied regarding the requirement of the advocate commissioner. However, liberty is granted to the revision petitioner to revive the petition, if necessary arises during the course of enquiry. 2/4
4. With this above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
