ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.42 of 2024 dated 28.02.2024 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent or some other investigating agency under the supervision of the first respondent within a stipulated period.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.42 of 2024 on 29.02.2024 for the alleged offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C. and after completing the investigation, they have filed the final report as 'further action dropped'. He would further submit that RCS notice was served on the petitioner and final report filed before the jurisdictional Court and the jurisdictional 2/4

Court has also served notice to the petitioner and in pursuance of the same, the petitioner has already appeared before the jurisdictional Court.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition, if so advised.
