Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. 2.The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the petition mentioned R.L.T.O .P. The petitioner is the landlord. The statute prescribes three months 1/4

as the time limit for disposal of eviction petition. Of course, due to sheer workload, the Courts are unable to adhere to the time limit. 3.Considering the over all circumstances, the Court below is directed to dispose of R.L.T.O.P.No.129 of 2020 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the next hearing date. 4.The civil revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
