ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody 1/3

on 25.09.2024 for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, in crime No.65 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

3.Considering the nature of allegation in this case that the petitioner who was earlier granted bail, jumped bail and the crime number is of the year 2014 and the fact that all the accused have concertedly remained absent and thereafter, filing regular petition one after the other and protracting the case and the case is now in the stage of framing of charges, I am of the view that this is not a fit case to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
