This criminal original petition had been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.07 of 2018, pending on the file of the Respondent Police. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.07 of 2018, for the offences under Sections 143, 290 IPC and Section 41(A) of Tamil Nadu City Police Act.
